Let me just say, WOW! This company has zero customer service and even less integrity! Going away on a week long vacation? You wish to provide them with more than a weeks notice of “no services requested?” Prepare to be frustrated beyond belief! Trying to reach a human in their office is nearly impossible!
I talked with Margot and I LOVED her. She was so kind and helped me resolve my issue super fast. I’ve spoken with her a couple times and each time she’s been so understanding and helpful. My baby was furious I was on the phone and even with me being Distracted, she remained patient and didn’t make me feel guilty for being a busy mom.
