I talked with Margot and I LOVED her. She was so kind and helped me resolve my issue super fast. I’ve spoken with her a couple times and each time she’s been so understanding and helpful. My baby was furious I was on the phone and even with me being Distracted, she remained patient and didn’t make me feel guilty for being a busy mom. Frequent missed/incomplete pick ups. At least once per month something is not correct with service.
I run a memory care community in Oregon City. I have used Oregon City Garbage for 6 years. I have found their drivers to always be professional and they are timely. Today we had some extra items that there were outside the dumpster and it all got picked up. We really appreciate the hard work and customer service. Thank you.
Margo was less than helpful helping me make a payment arrangement after my dad passed away with the remaining balance. I found her to have zero empathy and compassion. Very disappointing. Shame on you.
