Margo was less than helpful helping me make a payment arrangement after my dad passed away with the remaining balance. I found her to have zero empathy and compassion. Very disappointing. Shame on you.

While waiting to turn left, just before 9:30AM on Monday, 8/21/23, I observed a Clackamas Fire truck on 82nd Drive, operating with lights and siren, approaching the intersection with Oatfield Road. Just before the fire truck was about to enter the intersection (less than 100 feet), the light changed, giving a green light to crossing traffic.
