Would be cool if all 4 trucks didn't come through the neighborhood at 4:50 AM (it's 5:20, the last truck just came thru).... They are really loud, squeaky, and they like to use the cul-de-sac to stop and reposition the loads, then back up and do it all again, 4 times in a row at an absurd hour which wakes up my whole family every Friday morning. I'd be willing to forgive this if the cost of waste disposal was part of my enormous property taxes on my regular home, but we pay a premium for this... Many other places don't. I'd ... read more
I don't really leave reviews for utilities, but I have to say, every time I've called them with an issue it has been handled promptly. A few times I have forgotten to put the can out early, I've called and left messages, and they came back and got it. Really nice person on the phone today.
Let me just say, WOW! This company has zero customer service and even less integrity! Going away on a week long vacation? You wish to provide them with more than a weeks notice of “no services requested?” Prepare to be frustrated beyond belief! Go ahead, leave a voice mail (because the business phone is never picked up!), or ~ log on to your account via their website to leave a written courtesy notice of your request for service interruption.
