Upon my discovery of a bird trapped in my chimney, I proceeded to call several chimney service companies, to no avail. The responses ranged from uninterested to rude. Jerry at Oregon Chimney saved the day and the bird. When I explained my dilemma he was understanding, courteous, explained to me what he would need to do. He quoted a reasonable price to come to my home, rescue the poor trapped bird in a humane way, and to install a guard on the second story chimney to prevent future incidents.
