They are denying follow up treatment to my husband. I never heard of a hospital turning down patients with heart failure.
Switched over to McKenzie Heart Group due to dismissive attitude from the provider I was seeing at this practice. He stated he would never have started me on my heart medication another cardiologist started me on. He would not take my concerns seriously, after a point he started deferring me to my already overencumbered PCP. I am below the age of 40 it felt like there was bias there.
Had an echo cardiogram. Staff from checked in to when I was done were great.
These people saved my life. I will forever be grateful for everything they did for me. Everyone from the ambulance to surgery, to after care seemed to be orchestrated perfectly. It was hard, but it wasnt hard because of the care I got, that was stellar.
