Never had a bad experience here, I have been a patient since 2019. I’ve been on and off with different counselors throughout the years based on my needs and seen by Shannon Ryan who is an amazing intelligent woman who genuinely cares for her patients and their well being. Even if she is not fully familiar with a struggle her patient is having she will do research on her own time just to make sure she is providing the best care for her patient. My wife was a patient with this organization from 2023 until recently. Our daughter has SynGap 1, and we felt that the organization did not adequately accommodate her disabilities.
