Never answers the phone won't return voicemails no email on website. Adds extra charges on their invoices. Will not be paying them. Please cancel my appointment on Monday April 28 2025, I no longer have a need for your drugs. Thanks.
My wife was a patient with this organization from 2023 until recently. Our daughter has SynGap 1, and we felt that the organization did not adequately accommodate her disabilities. After my wife missed an appointment for reasons related to our daughter’s condition, after they prescribed her medication then released my wife from their care without a notice in the mail that we ever received.I reached out to them when they didn’t respond to my wife for a week. Getting ahold of their billing department is apparently impossible. I've called at least 5 times and left messages on at least 3 occasions about a dispute on a bill I received. I have yet to receive a single phone call from their billing department and it's been months. Really terrible customer service.
They dropped me as a client through a letter in the mail instead of telling me to my face. My psychiatrist said she can no longer help me and didn’t give me resources or help on what I should do next. I think that is extremely rude and disrespectful, I don’t know why she thinks doing that to someone struggling with mental health is a good idea. I do not recommend this place, I got no help.
