Getting ahold of their billing department is apparently impossible. I've called at least 5 times and left messages on at least 3 occasions about a dispute on a bill I received. I have yet to receive a single phone call from their billing department and it's been months. Really terrible customer service.
They dropped me as a client through a letter in the mail instead of telling me to my face. My psychiatrist said she can no longer help me and didn’t give me resources or help on what I should do next. I think that is extremely rude and disrespectful, I don’t know why she thinks doing that to someone struggling with mental health is a good idea. I do not recommend this place, I got no help. The whole office is kind and efficient in their work. Shannon Ryan is the best! She has compassion for me to help me with what I need. Anna at the front desk goes the extra mile for me when needed! Their whole office is wonderful! Don’t know what I would be like today without them!
