My wife was a patient with this organization from 2023 until recently. Our daughter has SynGap 1, and we felt that the organization did not adequately accommodate her disabilities. Getting ahold of their billing department is apparently impossible. I've called at least 5 times and left messages on at least 3 occasions about a dispute on a bill I received. I have yet to receive a single phone call from their billing department and it's been months. Really terrible customer service.
