Oregon Satelite stopped our service 30 days to early and they don’t have customer service over the weekends to help. We live in a remote area and don’t have a way to make a phone call in case of an emergency or to operate our busy.
They did quote for us & the job. Not accurate equipment. False alarms frequently. Shuts off. Absolutely NOT reliable equipment. I anticipate some further contact from the company to fix these on going issues
Excellent fast service, training and follow-up. Brett, John, and Holly had 2 security and fire systems and a security camera system set up very quickly with zero interruption to our business.
This is a quality business that stands behind and services what it sells. Don't fret. Call Brett! I switched to Oregon Alarm from ADT and now get comparable protection now with local servicing and at a reduced per month cost.
