Half the time it feels impossible to contact them. Nothing but being sent to voicemail boxes. Scheduling very delayed which forced me to pay an extra $650 to clear a coverage gap I would have had in March. Got a surprise bill of over $500 for "reading the MRI." They have since cleared up the surprise charge as it should not have been sent at all. Once physically at the location everything is fine. Zero complaints about the actual services rendered. Was told to go to the hospital and it was 2 doors down from the ER, get there and they tell me to go to the airport one, get there and they say oh you're supposed to be at the Providence one and now it's too late you missed your appt. Called and the lady said we always tell them which hospital, uh no you didn't actually and now sitting on hold for over 20 minutes now waiting for someone to answer the call to reschedule. Took the entire day off for this appt and it was pointless now!
