Very nice people to deal with. Great cars & SUVs. Just purchased my third Subaru Outback. I have been well taken care of by the Service Department over the years.
Avoid lying thieves at all cost! The mechanic who put on my locking nuts stole the brand new nut key that came with my new set and put his old, broken in the car. So now I can't get my winter tires put on because there's no key for the locked nuts. The salesperson told me "have the garage break off the nuts, they have tools to do that". Of course no mention of them paying for that service or sending me a set of locking nuts. He said "I'll look into it" a week ago, and of course never got back to me until I sent another text ... read more
