Great service. A long drive for us, but very friendly staff and concise information on repairs.
I drove clear across the province for my first service appointment on my new 2025 Crosstrek. Purchased in Maine and imported when we moved this was my first Subaru Service appointment ever. Shawn, my Service Advisor, is a great guy who made me feel at ease and was super helpful setting me up with oil filters and crush washers so I can do some of my own maintenance. She knew exactly which model and trim were the perfect fit for my needs, answered all my questions, had a really kind and positive attitude, and helped me with my trade in.
