I had a horrible experience at Subaru. A man lied to me on the phone, saying they don’t offer an out of town shuttle service even though the shuttle driver that dropped me off at Enterprise car rental specifically told me he was the out of town driver! They drive people to Liverpool etc. The guy on the phone at Subaru eventually changed his story and said it was too late in the day and too far to drop me off close to the National Park on highway 8. We just completed the lease of our new Subaru Outback and our experience with O’Regan’s South Shore Subaru was outstanding. The sales team was very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional! The entire experience from start to finish was excellent thanks to Conan Brenko our salesperson and Janna Ferreira the Business Manager. We were introduced to the Service Team and going forward know that we will continue to have the same wonderful experience. We highly recommend O’Regan’s South Shore Subaru.
Andrea is amazing sales representative. I am shopping for a Subaru hybrid for my sister in law and Andrea is my sales representative. I was emailed several quote, video of a in stock unit within 30 minutes of my phone call. Hopefully my sister law will love vehicle after test drive and will definitely buy vehicle from Andrea. She is amazing, knowledgeable and reliable.
