Went to finance a kona, firstly the salesmen had 500$ charge that "wasnt suppose to be there" secondly charging for paint and everything bug guards, splash deflectors ect at insain prices. I told them since im getting new i want atleast free mats so he points out how in already been charged for 2 mats so its fine like im its same as free... the finance lady dont return or answer calls only emails and in the other 3 times i have financed i have NEVER been given so much trouble... they are currently requesting impossilbe infor... read more
Staff were great. I was getting recall warranty work done on a vehicle I didn't buy there and they treated me wonderfully. Good quality work too.
Went for a recall on a vehicle I didn't purchase there. They were fast and friendly, seemed knowledgeable, and did more than take care of the recall. Almost bought a new vehicle while waiting...
Awesome customer service. 2nd routine service took about an hour. Seating area with tv w/remote and board games to wait.
