Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing like the others, and I’m genuinely surprised to see so many glowing reviews. I also find it odd that many of these reviews come from accounts with minimal other activity, which raises questions about their legitimacy. We’ve encountered numerous issues with our system. Greg was condescending and, overall, quite rude. Trent, on the other hand, was more reasonable. Trent and his team are true professionals. Don’t hesitate to use them cause they will know exactly what they’re doing with a brilliant and energetic team. They care so much for their clients they pointed out and fixed a problem that wasn’t directly related to them. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Trent and the Oregan Air Conditioning team replaced our old 28 year old #daikin ducted airconditioning system with a new one at our home in the #hillsdistrict. The team did an absolutely brilliant job, arriving on time and getting what was a very big job fully completed in a day. The new system is super quiet and efficient. It is also really easy to use with the Daikin App on your phone and multiple zones you can pick and choose to heat or cool whenever you want. I would recommend them highly, thanks guys!
A big thank you to the boys from Oregan Air - Trent, Liam, Riley, Chris and of course Greg for installing our Fantastic new Daikin Ducted A/C System in our home in Beaumont Hills. Their knowledge and expertise was outstanding, and I highly recommend their work.
Trent and the team from Oregan Air Conditioning did a great job in recommending and installing a Daikin ducted system. They also sized the correct system for the type of house we have (replacing an old outdated one). They were very courteous and respectful and took care with the installation process. Their after-installation support is also excellent responding to queries immediately. We could not be happier with the Daikin system they installed, and the work carried out by them.
