As a professional in the industry, clear guidance and accurate product knowledge are essential when selling/recommending products, and after this experience, I would likely choose to purchase products elsewhere or online. The staff were rude and dismissive, and the product knowledge was lacking.

I was sold tint products by an employee who made the situation far more confusing than it needed to be. She wasn’t even sure which tint line was being discontinued at first, and recommended a tint that she assured me multiple times could be used with regular developer.
