Can't even keep CHRIS on the phone long enough to help me out. As a LONG time ORECK customer I will NEVER ever purchase another product from them EVERY again and I will make it my part time job to tell everyone in the area how rude they were to me on the phone. He immediately knew the problem with my vacuum and emediately repaired it,cost was not expensive, very happy, definitely will recommend this place

This store is amazing! They offer great service to their customers, and you can tell they value everyone who walks in. Kris and Carl are extremely friendly and great people. Also my hidden gem for records :)
Fabulous experience - store with knowledgable sales people along with great selection and prices. I left with a high end Oreck vacuum cleaner and a hand held canister - This will do everything I need and all at a great price. Chris showed us the difference with another more expensive brand - we wanted to see what that could do - tried it out and it was quite difficult and heavy for our needs. We were able to test vacuums, plus Chris was honest about the differences.
