I dropped off my carpet cleaner after it stopped working. Ted said that Hoover would most likely replace it with a new one and I let him know that we weren't in a huge rush figuring it would take a few weeks to go through the whole warranty process. Six weeks later, Ted left me a voicemail saying my carpet cleaner was ready - he mentioned that he was going on vacation but I could pick it up any time.
