Today is the 3rd time we came to store to get our Oreck fixed and they are not open. According to their store hours on door and website they should be. Contacted Oreck since their name is on the store and they can’t do anything. They told me they have no control over the Franchise. We will never buy another Oreck, between customer service and the constant issues with the $400 vacuum.

I should have read the reviews before using this store. The sign states they are open until 5:00. I needed to leave work early in order to make it to the store by then to pick up my vacuum cleaner. I arrived at 4:54 to find the lights off and the door locked. I'm definitely regretting my decision to use this store. I wont make that mistake again.

I call & ask what time do you close today? They say 5pm ! I get there at 4:40 & the place is closed. I have to leave work early, pay tolls for the turnpike and they still close the store on me even thou I let them know I'm coming to pick up my property. This is the 4th time they've done this to me. I'm starting to suspect they're doing this on purpose....... hmmm
