Orek price for a basic belt $15 each! Amazon delivered 2 belts for under $6! Don’t make the same mistake I did by shopping here. When I tried to return it just an hour later she wouldn’t give me my money back. I shared that I always shop and support local when possible! I think that’s important but I also am not a fool and won’t patronize a business that is unreasonable or dishonest! The shop also is a mess, doesn’t present like anyone cares…..and the interaction I experienced proved they don’t care about reputation!
Great service. I plan to return for any future vacuum repairs. Prices are fair. It's nice to be able to try before I buy.
Went there for a vacuum part that should have cost $40 they quoted me a price of over 80 when I complained and said I couldn't spend that much they then changed the price to 60 with no explanation
Do not shop here. Rip off. First they charged me for work that was under warranty and when I complained gave me 'store credit'. I went to use the credit and they upcharged common products. Vaccuum bags that retail anywhere else for 19.49, they charged me 50.00 and carpet cleaner that retails for 18.99, they charged me 35.00 just to use up my 'store credit' which was 80.00.
