I had bought my Oreck XL21 several years ago in Sarasota, FL.. Since then that store has gone out of business. Thus I brought the XL21 into the OCHC store 14922 North Dale Mabry in Tampa, FL. because it wasn't working. Immediately when I walked into the store, they said they could fix whatever was wrong. Since I had the XL21 there would be no charge. Within 5 days they called and said it was working like new. When I picked it up, they had replaced the motor, fan, belt and bag.
