I received email from UPS saying my order was coming today from these knuckleheads. Never left the store. Just sitting there waiting on UPS. It's now 6:30 pm and I received email at 2:0O pm yesterday. It's still saying waiting on UPS to pick up. I got an idea, how about taking it to UPS if they won't come get it. Now I won't see it untill next week. You got paid and I'm receiving nothing. You are a bad business and tomorrow I will add more complaints on YELP. Absolutely terrible experience. We purchased 2 bookshelf's for our office at $100 a piece and when we got them, the instructions and hardware didn't match the product. The pictures on the website AND manual were also different from the product we got. After 3 days of back and forth emails, a warehouse manager finally called me back and said the he would email me the correct way to put it together which includes screwing new holes in the product. The 3 people I talked to seems absolutely clueless about what I was telling them... read more
