Car shopping has always been one of my least favorite activities. However, Brad made it practically painless with his excellent customer service and thorough explanation of the vehicle's features. I'm very pleased with my experience at Joe Ricci's Ordus Ford.
The process was flawless. Brad did an exceptional job answering any questions we had about the vehicle. Never stepped foot in the dealership process was seamless.
I went in to service 3 separate times. Each time nothing was done to my vehicle. The second time it was there, I went to pick it up and said, “ I realize you’re busy, let’s make an appointment for a week later.” I made an appointment for my vehicle for warranty work and needed a loaner. I left my truck there 3 full days and nothing got worked on. I can’t believe how unorganized this place is. As I was leaving, I saw a guy that I know and he said his truck was there for 2 weeks to get a mirror replaced. He wasn’t happy either... read more
