If I could select ten stars I would. My husband and just purchased our second vehicle from Brad at Ordus Ford. The customer service he provided was fantastic! Brad definitely went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more pleased with my “new to me” vehicle. If you are looking for a new vehicle or a new to you vehicle, I highly recommend Brad!
Needed my vehicle serviced at Ordus because of a check engine light. They had someone pick it up and deliver it as a service that they provided. This helped immensely as I was unable to get the vehicle there myself. The driver that picked up my vehicle was polite and Respectful. Definitely would use Ordus Ford again for service..
We just purchased our second vehicle from Brad and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. He took the time to listen to what was important to us, was very knowledgable, and worked hard to find us the vehicle we wanted. Thanks, Brad!
I wish I could still say something nice about this business because I enjoyed my time there, but its unfortunately the opposite. There are people there that come across one way, but are completely different people. The level of disrespect present there among everyone there is not cool at all. I was let go from there because something kept happening over and over, but I was not the only one that had access to what my job was.
