Takes a long time to get an appointment and communication has not been consistent. I’ve seen the same GP twice and it was the most uncomfortable and stressful appointment I had. The doctor is not empathetic at all and assumed the condition I have is all in my head. He is unwilling to explain things clearly and is being dismissive. Very efficient. Easy to get through to / help from. Great receptionists too.
I would like to say big "thank you" to staff of Ordsall Health Surgery because they made a quick response to my case. I told them I have not any prescription on hand. They helped me to arrange a blood test and provide my prescription within 2 days so that I would take my prescription continously. Thanks again their help.
If you’re a new patient don’t bother registering. Awful practice, appointments are near impossible to get, and they’ll try to deregister you every month
Fantastic GP in Ordsall. Staff are pleasant and kind to deal with and always has been quick to get an appointment with an understanding if its an emergency. Doctors are top notch and professional and easy to talk to. Communication could be a little better on dropping off samples and expected times etc for this.
