Dr. Ordóñez helped and explained why my feet were hurting and helped with my medication and helped me lower my A1C and Suger leverls
He's a great doctor.. he takes time his time with you and it's more of a one-on-one doctor's visit but he's really helpful I've known him for years and I appreciate his work
Waiting time is extremely long. Usually one to one and a half hours from the appointment time. Front desk staff not welcoming or friendly. They ignor you standing at the window unless you call out to them.
arrived 10 minutes early for an appointment and waited in the exam room for 50 minutes while he chatted with his staff outside the exam room
He is very caring, wise, simply incredible.
Dr. Ordonez is one of the best doctor in Lubbock as the state of Texas as well. He is a straight shooter leaves nothing for you to imagine. He has saw me through so many difficult times in my life Spiritually and Medically. His staff is second to none,they are always so kind helpful and professional in every way.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Is this business handicap-accessible?
