I saw a review that said "He's hands down the best bike mechanic in the Berkshires." This is after I had been to the shop. I would have to agree. He did an adjustment for me yesterday and noted some other issues that I didn't see. I would buy a bike or have any bike worked on here in a heartbeat.
I have been a customer of Ordinary Cycles since the business opened. The shop's levels of customer service and technical expertise have never failed to impress.
