Like a few Tucson bike shops, this is one where I've never had a good experience. Some shops must have "displays unwarranted confidence, give questionable suggestions and generally talks down to customers" on their interview form. Ordinary seems to be one of these shops.
These guys have continually hooked it up on maintenance for me. They drop what their doing as soon as I walk in and often fix my problem quickly and usually for under 20 dollars. They even helped me price my bike before the Bike Swap for free! I’m never going to anothe bike shop again. These guys rock
I had always heard great things about this store, and the staff here are friendly and helpful. However, I tried to order a bike through them and it was not a good experience. There was a lot of confusion about when it would arrive, and I was told they would contact me. After almost two weeks, I called for a status update and was told the bike hadn't even been ordered at all due to internal problems in the shop.
