Got a gift certificate as a gift. It shows on my order up account. But, because of the merger with Grubhub, I get redirected to the GrubHub site to place my order. There’s no way to enter my gift certificate code on GrubHub because they require a 17 character code and the Order Up code is only 16. I spoke with a rep at GrubHub, who couldn’t have been any nicer, but she was ultimately unable to help me and neither was her supervisor. I emailed the help email for Order Up.
