Lon came to my rescue. After months was trying to get someone to help get a replacement part for my ClosetMaid drawer, Lon stepped up and helped me. I contacted ClosetMaid corporate a number of times and they kept passing me along to a "local" contractor. I could never get anyone to call me back. I eventually was given Lon's number and he immediately help me. Great responsive service that you just dont get anymore. So glad wonderful people like Lon are around.
Love our new closets! Lon came out and walked me through all the options, explaining everything along the way. He included a few upgrade options with his quote which we appreciated and ended up adding to our plans. They worked late on installation day to make sure everything was installed and ready for us to move in, which was unexpected, but greatly appreciated. Excellence experience and I would highly recommend Lon and his team. A+!
