I’ve got a dress for a wedding and it was too uncomfortable. I reached out for a exchange and they took so long to reply that it got too close to the wedding and I had to buy another dress. Realising that it would be very hard to communicate with them (in case I wanted the store credit). I told them I would take the dress to their showroom so I could choose something else. Excellent service. Unfortunately the style I was ordered was unavailable, however Rachel contacted me and very kindly offered to send me a similar, but more expensive jacket for the same price. It arrived beautifully packed and very quickly. I would certainly recommend this store.
