Would recommend against using this service. Al is a very nice guy, and for a few years he did a good job with my taxes. This past year he double paid my NC state taxes. I gave him my information to pay the taxes, so it was his error. When I asked him to assist in resolving the issue he told me I needed to handle it myself and hung up on me. Not impressed.
