Wow! What service! Daniel came out on Saturday night at 5pm and was here for 1 hour and a half and fixed our heating and air. Thank goodness, because some days have been as low as 27 degrees. What a blessing.

Very disappointed with being left without heat for TWO WEEKS. First visit tech said a part had to be ordered. Waited a week. No news. We were COLD. We work at home. Called your office - person said they are waiting on the part - I ask - do we have any options (thinking space heaters, etc.). I was told - you can move!…and oh - we need to go back out to see if more parts are needed. NO COMMUNICATION! Nothing! Got nervous about the cold forecast.
