The staff is horribly rude, I really recommend staying away from this office. Will not feel taken care of by this practice. Just sad.
I’ve seen Jeanette a couple of times and she’s fine if all you need is an annual checkup. But they are super inflexible with their service. I arrived TWO minutes past my checkin time and they refused to see me for my minor appointment. If you want a warm, caring facility for your general doctor this is NOT the place.
A loved one of mine spoke with the medical assistant, Crystal, regarding a referral, and she started the conversation off in an irritated manner by saying the following, verbatim: “Everything was explained to you and you still had a question.” Crystal and her demeanor are a perfect example of why many people are afraid to ask important questions about their health, bc they’re worried they’re going to be met with misplaced condescension. Korina and Maria at the front office at Dr. Patels office are wonderful. So kind and helpful! Sandra the medical assistant is also wonderful, kind and helpful!! Just wanted to give them a shout out!!
Farnaz Pirayesh, DO Watch out for this "Dr." She prefers drugging her patients with Seroquel rather than treating them!! She is a quack! Do your due diligence- she's probably doing you and yours a disservice. She has been made aware of her poor treatment of patients and yet callously continues to prescribe a dangerous medication instead of treating him correctly!!
