Excellent all-round experience. The team at Orchid Valley Vets took exceptional care of our little Chihuahua, Jerry, while we were visiting the Whitsundays. The vets and vet nurses responded to an emergency with professionalism, compassion, and a genuinely caring approach. Throughout Jerry’s treatment, the staff kept me regularly updated on his condition several times a day, which provided great reassurance during a stressful time. I cannot thank the team enough for the outstanding care and support they provided.
