Love this little place and love that it's family owned. I'm new in town and Meow was recommended to me by a friend. For being such a small woman she sure is strong. If you've ever rolled out your muscles on a tennis ball, that's what Meow's little heel feels like in your muscles. Her fingers are really strong too for when she's working you after walking on your back. I really liked the head massage part, that's my favorite. While I enjoy Thai massage including walking on my back, i have never experienced bare feet on direct skin before. Feeling her clammy feet on my back wasn't relaxing, and then seeing that she was walking around the facility barefoot was unsettling (see photos for floor conditions). They are also on the first floor and even with my earplugs in it sounded as if file cabinets were being dragged across the upper floor. THE BEST MASSAGE!!! JC and Paula are AWESOME!! they don’t just depend on oils, their technique is excellent! The stretches towards the end will certainly make you want to extend your massage time.
I can’t believe this place has the rating it does, because it was the worst massage have ever had in my life. There is absolutely no way that the woman who gave me my “deep tissue” massage was trained or licensed. She didn’t know a single massage tactic, wouldn’t apply any pressure unless I asked her to, and then just proceeded to make the same motion with her elbow in my back for the rest of the time.
