I had good experiences with this place for years, spent thousands of dollars here, and then one of the masseuses pinched a nerve in my neck when she was walking on my back which required months of physical therapy, eventually got it fixed, wanted to go back because I had a good masseuse there and they won’t see me because they injured me. Zero loyalty, I would go elsewhere.

It was honestly just okay. And they apparently don't actually have the chair reflexology like they say they do. They told us they could only do the other massages that were if course $15 more per person.

I found Orchard Thai Massage on Yelp after leaving another appointment nearby. I was already in Newport Beach by the airport and really wanted a Thai massage. There was one closer, but they were closing early, so I checked reviews and headed over here instead — and I’m so glad I did. I wish I remembered my therapist’s name. She was amazing.
