Really nice rooms , basically the Hilton but without the noise from the nightclub across the road. We are staying with a couple of groups that are in the Hilton building and the noise in the Hilton has kept them up until 3 am both nights, we can't hear anything at all in the orchid apartments and the rooms are much larger and just as nice. Will definitely be staying here again.

The rooms were nice and the hotel was clean but the elevators was really slow wait time to get in the elevator was 15 to 20 minutes especially when it is time to cheack out.

I loved the accomendation, the rooms were amazing. The only thing is the elevators very unprofessional and slow you will be waiting for a long time. Overall the location and rooms were lovely.

We book for Easter holiday 20-26/4/25 Level 39 For me and my family and kids Customer Service is the worst ever The cleanliness was that of a motel from everyone’s worse nightmare!
