Great food, great fun, great time! – I am a somewhat regular at the Orchid. The first time I went after many years, I was a little nervous. But the service and friendly atmosphere there are wonderful, and made me feel right at home. The bartending staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. The waitstaff is just as friendly and skilled. Walking into the Orchid is like being welcomed into a friend's house, even if you have never been there. Horrible Customer Service!!!! – Last night my family ordered $53.00 worth of food from the Orchid of Hawaii. When my brother brought the food back home we noticed the beef teriyaki was missing. My brother called the Orchid back and informed them that we were missing one of the items and they hung up on him. When I called back and spoke to the manager he said "my employee said she put the beef teriyaki in the back, I have to trust my employee" and refused to provide us with the order we paid for.
