We love the peaceful and fun environment at Orchid! Sandy and Jack are very friendly and have great customer service. My husband and I visit frequently for pedicures and always have a great experience. I have tried different places in the area but they’re too busy, therefore it’s impossible to relax and have a good time. Will continue supporting this kind family owned business.

I’ve been going there for 3.5 years. So unhappy with them. Their prices keep changing ( higher prices), I always leave with cuts on my cuticles. They used to be very friendly but that is no longer the case . After today, I will NOT be back and I will NOT be referring anyone to go there.

Me and my wife go here, it is a huge mistake to go anywhere else! They have been so nice to us and treat us like family, its worth every penny and deserves nothing less than 5 stars!

If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. I had to ask for my cuticles to be soaked before using cuticle scissors and she acted like this request was absurd. Then I had to ask her to push back my cuticles, she again acted like this was absurd. I left right after and didn’t get my nails done based on their “procedure.” I’m not sure how this place is still open... or how they have such high reviews. Do not come to this location.

Wonderful service
