If i could give 0 stars i would, I came into the salon with my mum we both got our fingers and toes done, straight off the bat they sat us down asked what we wanted and walked away before we even answered her. Thought that was rude but carried on. Both my mum and i’s toes were completely rushed, my mum asked for a full set of almond shaped nails that weren’t too long, the owner came and cut them extremely short without even asking her where she wanted her to cut. Got my nails done last week and in Vietnamese, the owner and other workers spoke very poorly about me and other customers- basically bullying in a language they assumed I could not understand. I understand banter, however speaking poorly regarding one’s appearance is completely unacceptable. Extremely unprofessional and will never return or recommend. Plus the nails looked were average at best 😅

If you want to leave the salon bleeding then this is the place for you! this used to be my regular salon back in 2020 and I couldn’t fault them, I’ve recently returned and I regret my decision. They rush your nails , don’t cut cuticle, spend half a second prepping your nails and spend 5 minutes filing your skin until you’re bleeding. There’s been multiple times they’ve caused me to bleed then put nail glue on top to stop the bleeding !!! They’re rude, dismissive, and throw your fingers away when they’re done filing. very bad service ladies were really rude. I think it was because I’m young but that doesn’t mean that they can treat me the way they did when the lady was shaving nails She cut into my nail bed and it started bleeding and then she walked off to go wax a lady’s eyebrows. The nails turned out like wonky teeth the bad colour and now the side of my nails are destroyed
