I am happy with the quality for the cheap price but it’s not the best. They rush and don’t ask before making decisions sometimes. I still enjoy the time there but it could be better but for the price, it’s good.

Very efficient but don’t count on appointment times. Just rock up when it suits and expect a little wait. ALWAYS busy but the manager is a little abrupt so have a firm idea of what you want before you go. If your not worried about relaxing and just want to get in and out - it’s for you. Xxx

I wanted to share my recent experience at your salon, as it has significantly impacted my perception of your establishment. I've always enjoyed coming here and have had pleasant interactions with the owner, Vivian. However, my most recent visit last week was deeply disappointing and distressing for both me and my 10-year-old daughter. I just left Orchid Nails where Vivienne did my nails and that was easily the worst nail experience of my life🤡💅 First, when I arrived and asked how long the wait time was (it was full inside and a few groups outside waiting), multiple nail techs ignored me for an awkward amount of time and continued talking to each other and telling me to wait outside. Horrible service. My service was rushed because they were busy from taking in more people then they had space for. Waited an hour to get done just to be sitting in the waiting room as the lady started my nails using the colour book as a table. Did not get the service of getting my nails done that i paid for. And on top of that my nails were rushed and look horrible.
