I was left with ring of fire from overfilling on all 10 nails so I am definitely disappointed. My nails are so sensitive and thin … with three of them splitting across the middle . I only wanted to stop biting my nails so I tried to do the Builder gel
I have tried to get my nails done here twice. This establishment promotes walk-ins, yet the two times I have come in they are never able to service me as a walk in. I’ve been able to get my nails done here one time in August and they did a good job. However, the not servicing walk ins is why I have given 2 stars.
this place is amazing. everyone is so nice and friendly. the service that Sam provided me was perfect. i asked for a magnetic heart design that he hadn’t done before and he continued to try to get it right. another nail tech who’s name i didn’t get dropped by to help and my results were amazing! Sam worked so hard on these nails and was very funny when we were chatting about it! there’s no need to add a reference pic bc the results were identical and exactly what i wanted! thank you guys so much!!
Not happy with my experience at all. My nail shape isn’t correct, I had ombre on my other nails so the 2 that needed to be replaced, the guy just used an all pink acrylic that I didn’t ask for…then when I showed him the design he realized he had messed it up because he said oh is the pink ok (like what choice do I have now, you had already shaped them and put the top coat on).
