I went and got my nails done by two different people and they were very rude. They were upset because I wanted to soak off my finger nails and toe nails instead of drilling them. Reason being is because I went to Sebastian and he damaged my toe nails over using the drill. I told them I will even pay extra for a soak off and because of this they said they aren’t comfortable doing my nails at this salon anymore if my usual person isn’t available. Fernando did my nails, and unfortunately I was very unhappy with the results. These were my birthday nails, so I was really looking forward to them, but the experience was disappointing. Three of my fingers ended up badly bruised, and my fingers were bleeding during the appointment. My assumption is that Fernando may still be in training, but if that is the case, I don’t believe he should have been working on clients without closer supervision, especially when it resulted in injuries. i’m not happy with my experience here at all. for starters, i scheduled my appointment at 11:45am and wasn’t able to actually get in the chair until almost an hour later, i had so many errands to run that day and because of their poor time management, my entire schedule got pushed back. i understand things can get hectic and busy but better time management could’ve avoided this!! another thing, the inspo pic i showed to the guy doing my nails had no idea what he was doing, the nail design came out horrible it looked like a 9... read more
Been coming here for a while from a friend’s recommendation. Have gotta a few different sets to give them a try. Not the best. The atmosphere is cool and a vibe but the nails are inconsistent. Every set I’ve gotta has nails that are a different thickness causing nails to chip really easy. They are really good at designs though I will give them that. I would almost rather go somewhere else to get the foundation of the nail laid and shaped and only come here for the design, but that’s doing to much. Their prices also are not c... read more
