I have tried to get my nails done here twice. This establishment promotes walk-ins, yet the two times I have come in they are never able to service me as a walk in. I’ve been able to get my nails done here one time in August and they did a good job. However, the not servicing walk ins is why I have given 2 stars.
this place is amazing. everyone is so nice and friendly. the service that Sam provided me was perfect. i asked for a magnetic heart design that he hadn’t done before and he continued to try to get it right. another nail tech who’s name i didn’t get dropped by to help and my results were amazing! Sam worked so hard on these nails and was very funny when we were chatting about it! there’s no need to add a reference pic bc the results were identical and exactly what i wanted! thank you guys so much!!
Not happy with my experience at all. My nail shape isn’t correct, I had ombre on my other nails so the 2 that needed to be replaced, the guy just used an all pink acrylic that I didn’t ask for…then when I showed him the design he realized he had messed it up because he said oh is the pink ok (like what choice do I have now, you had already shaped them and put the top coat on). I’m still sitting in the chair it’s been a 1000/10 this entire time! I walked in and they were playing the best vibey R&B music, incense burning but not offensively, good energy from the staff and an AMAZING pedicure from Yaya 🫡 They have a customer for life! I’ve been to so many shops around town and this is the best experience I’ve ever had! I also found them on TikTok so the marketing reached the right crowd
Malis gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I walked out feeling like I had new feet. The salons vibe and service are top tier. Definitely coming back!
