I’ve been coming here for like 2 years now and I love the staff! Yaya, Pene and Tay always get me right.
I unfortunately had an unpleasant experience during my visit. My nail tech was Suri, and while I will say that she is very talented and did a great job with my nail design, the overall customer service and professionalism was not there at all. Throughout my appointment, there was a lot of cursing and vulgar/inappropriate conversation happening around me. I have been getting my nails done here since September of 2024 and I love it. Any issue I’ve had with my nails has been promptly addressed. Pene always tries to get me in her chair as quickly as possible. I’ve never had any questions about the safety or sanitation of the salon, and will continue to recommend it to anyone that will listen!
Their site literally says “ accepts walk-ins”, I’m new to the area, and I’m looking for a new nail salon, and when I walked in the first thing they said to me was “ Do you have a appointment” and when I said “ no” he got mad and rolled his eyes. I found them on tik tok and wanted to try them out.
I go here all the time! For my brows, mani, pedi and I truly adore the atmosphere, the care, the energy and enthusiasm of each person working here. I was introduced to different products to care for my nails as well as my skin! They cater to each client and their needs. Prices aren't through the roof like other establishments but you still get your moneys worth and more! There's no specific person!
