Was a patient, then got ghosted. Messaged them twice, still nothing. Know the nurse practitioner is moving on and existing patients should be moved to the new doctor, but no response on what needs to be done to get the process started.
First visit and after scheduled appointment time still waiting for 20 min and still counting. The front desk says they have no idea how long I’m supposed to be waiting. And they have no idea of how this will waste people’s time. If a patient is late/missed appt they charge you 50bucks. If a doctor is late how much am I going to charge her?
