Just became a new patient of a family physician here after years of not having a family MD. Haven't had much experience here yet except the initial appointment for a meet and greet. The Dr seems professional but it will probably take me a while to know. Also hopefully I don't need to come here too often.
I can’t say enough great things about Orchid Medical—especially Veronica at the front desk. Her customer service is unmatched; she’s genuinely caring, kind, and always goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and looked after. Veronica has left such a lasting impression on me that I’m constantly telling my family how amazing she is! I wish she stays and never leaves —her presence makes every visit feel personal and welcoming. Jen’s awsome too!
Dr Gill is wonderful. She really listens and is very patient.
Dr Gill is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She is so kind, caring and compassionate and genuinely cares about her patients. I feel very fortunate to have found her and have her as my doctor. The staff as well at Orchid Medical Clinic are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you for such wonderful service
