Terrible customer service. Made an appointment thru email from the website on September 7th for September 12th for 11am. Arrived on the 12th for 10:45am to be told I did not have an appointment. I showed the guy the email where they confirmed the date and time and all he said was we can take you at 12:30. There is no one to greet you when you come in so you have to stand and talk to the people who are actively massaging clients and giving your phone number out loud in front of everyone. Best massage I’ve ever had! I had a 20 minute chair massage and it was amazing! I didn’t even need to take my clothes off, and it was really affordable. The people were so polite and the space was clean and relaxing. The massage itself was excellent! Highly recommend!
