Women at the counter weren’t helpful they could use a lesson in customer service. Simply unkind deterred me from even wanting to make a purchase for service or automobile purchase for the future. Truly dissatisfied and disappointed.
Wow - simply walked in because our truck that we purchased from OIF last year needed the engine oil notification reset. We had just done our first oil change at reputable place in Hilo and the indicator did not reset. All I did was say we need our oil indicator reset and the women at the counter were so rude - it was like I asked them for a free car! They literally have a service addressing the issues I needed, but they instead yelled at me to “Google it” or “take it back to where I got it done.” When I said I had already tr... read more
