Worst company I have ever dealt with. They dropped me post inspection, then increased my premium retro to the beginning of the policy year and did not communicate the increase. I found a new provider and they withheld my partial year refund without reason.
This insurance company dropped my coverage and failed to notify me to renew my insurance. It wasn't until my mortgage company contacted me to verify coverage, only to find out that I was without insurance for two months. And then, once I could verify that they had cashed the check for coverage, they sent me a new quote that had increased by $1,800.00.
Terrible company would not give prorated rebate after switching companies!
If I could give 0 stars for friendly stuff, i would!! So unfriendly, almost scream at me..this is not the way they should treat their “valuable customers”
