The receptionist staff are so rude (some are lovely) but there's one in particular with blonde hair, glasses late 50s who is a classic example of rude, unempathetic Dr's receptionist. Full of self importance with no compassion. Is that a pre requisite for being a Dr's receptionist now? Rude and mean.
Receptionist was very abrupt and rude.
Have you called 111? Not their fault, as NHS is knackered after the last 15 years
A great surgery Very good service. Helpful staff.Excellent team of doctors. They have a good system of running this surgery.A big thank you to Tracey for forwarding me to a physio for my back problems and for suggesting Child Farm products gor my hands ,I had been struggling with dry and peeling skin on my fingers for over 2 and a half years and this has cleared it up. Much appreciated.
I have been going to this surgery for four years since I moved into the area, I have found all staff, without exception from reception, nurses and doctors to be extremely helpful, professional and caring and would highly recommend this practice. Dr Every has been extremely helpful to me and deserves a special mention.
