It's a no-go on this place for many reasons
Almost got me killed by prescribing the wrong medication. If they suggest you speak with Toulepe “Dada”, request a different medication specialist, as she is very cold, uncaring, and uneducated. I am so disappointed by the service I received i have completely givin up hope for finding treatment. Looks like all you guys did was prove to me what I already knew, that I am beyond help and better off gone.
Since Margaret Franklin retired, the clinic is frustrating. I have seen 5-6 other people but not my new PCP. I can not get my scripts renewed for more than a month at a time and the last 2 months my most important script has been 20 days late. Talked to 5 people in 7 days, always assured it will be sent in. Horrible patient care at this point. I love this clinic and will give them 2 more months- tops
The place is going through a lot of changes I don't know if it's for the good or not but in the meantime the patients suffer ..
The staff and my PCP, Clem Pope, are excellent at what they do. I cannot expect a better team than what I find at Orchid Health in Oakridge.
