Usually I don't have an issue with this place, today though... I was on hold for 20 minutes saying I was 3rd in line all the way up to 1st in line and then it says it can't take my call and to leave a message. So I called back- the same thing happened. I spent 40 minutes on hold. So I drove down, they're dead. Their phone system isn't working. And they don't have any appointments available.
Appointment for my 4 month old felt very inauthentic and rushed. I decided to transfer care back to my previous pediatrician and reception gave me a hard time when requesting the transfer of medical information.
Guess what, two weeks AGAIN and no call regarding labs results, but I sure got my bill. STOP TELLING YOUR PATIENTS YOU'RE GOING TO CALL WITH RESULTS IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION TO! I looked at the girl who drew my blood and said "they'll call with results?" Her answer, "yes." I got the bill but hadn't gotten a call so I decided to log into Quest (which these results shouldn't be released until the provider reviews them) and there they were.
