You can't get an appointment for awhile and they pass the buck, I have never had an issue setting appointments with any other PCP until I started seeing this group. Usually I don't have an issue with this place, today though... I was on hold for 20 minutes saying I was 3rd in line all the way up to 1st in line and then it says it can't take my call and to leave a message. So I called back- the same thing happened. I spent 40 minutes on hold. So I drove down, they're dead. Their phone system isn't working. And they don't have any appointments available.
Appointment for my 4 month old felt very inauthentic and rushed. I decided to transfer care back to my previous pediatrician and reception gave me a hard time when requesting the transfer of medical information.
