First: the place is very clean, sanitary and welcoming. Mark: my masseuse knew exactly what he was doing: acupressure, He literally went vertebrae by vertebrae and released all the knots I had. He’s a master !!! Highly recommend this place.
I had a very disappointing experience at this massage place. When I asked about the possibility of canceling my appointment, the staff became extremely upset and spoke to me in an unprofessional and rude way. When I told her that her attitude was not appropriate, the front desk even started using offensive language, which was shocking and very disrespectful. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a service business. Because of this experience, I will not be coming back, and I cannot recommend this place.
