WOW!!! During our stay in Ottawa while attending a food blogging convention it just happened to be our 40th wedding anniversary. Returning to my hotel after a busy workshop morning, the most beautiful bouquet of 40 long stem red roses were waiting to greet me. Thanks so much Ellen for helping my husband with this wonderful surprise. You were right I was only mad for a minute. The large leaves and berries you used as filler were perfect.
