I have always liked the service I get from Orchid Cleaning. But the ladies that came on 21 march 2025 went above and beyond. They were fast, professional, quiet and accommodating. When i first started this service I asked if i could add the lanai and i was told, "no". Without any prompting from us, the ladies today offered to clean the lanai for us for $15 and they also offered to add it to my list of services. We are very grateful for their help. They are welcome back any time.
Lenore and her team are always wonderful to work with. They are courteous and professional.
Orchid did a great job considering the previous tenant left a nasty mess in the apartment. Shout out to Heather from Orchid, you did a great job!
