I’ve visited this salon three times now. My first visit back in November was excellent — great attention to detail, and I left really impressed. I thought I had found my go-to spot. Unfortunately, the quality has declined with each visit. My most recent experience felt completely rushed. Between the service and quality of work, probably the worst manicure I have had. There was no attention to detail, the work was rushed and I was scoffed at for my requests (wanting my nails cut short). The nail tech didn't bother to take the time to properly take off my previous gel polish (instead mostly filed it off) make the edges of my manicure clean, and instead rushed, again filing the edges after the polish was cured. I've come here on a couple occasions for regular pedicure and shellac manicure. The pedicure is fine, but the manicure always ended up chipping way earlier than other places I've been.
