I stopped at their booth at the big e today, and I wish I asked the two people working for their names, but they were AMAZING. So sweet, enthusiastic, and just wonderful. I managed to pick a wand that one of them had only recently made with little baby dragons and they were SO excited. Such a great experience and I LOVE my wand!
This shop has some of the most incredible craftsmanship, customer service, and all around kindness I have ever witnessed. They are enthusiastic, wonderful, and consistently produce high quality work! My children love this place, I love this place, and I'd work here if I could :)
Such a cool find in CT. A unique experience, and all the wands are handmade in the building.
My sister and I both had custom wand appointments with Ed -- the wandmaker -- and we were STUNNED at how beautiful they are. The craftsmanship is out of this world, and the whole day was more than just a shopping trip, it was an immersive experience. You get to watch the whole process from start to finish, pick from over 100 types of wood, and the final product is...just perfect.
