Edit: I have been with Orchard view a few years and through various managements. Recently I transferred units, Sierra made the process easy and kept in regular contact while answering all my emails and questions. Highly recommend Sierra. The property manager Raquel has been wonderful through this while process. I am a first time renter and Raquel has answered all my questions and many emails and done so in such a timely manner! Highly recommend her.
I worked with Sierra for my move in. And I can honestly say that shes been so helpful from beginning and from the time I've been living here. As a first time renter, she has been extremely helpful and kind while navigating this process.
