I've lived here since 2018 and the management has been responsive to requests especially the new property manager Kim Lopez. She has help me out many times especially with the fire that happened in March of 2024; she was able to get me into a new unit right away and was very responsive if I had issues. If you move here, definitely develop a good relationship with her. She'll have your back.
After numerous searching and looking around I finally found this rental property that gives you what you pay for. Property is well kept and clean just a little dry patches in the grass. Kim the property manager responded very promptly with emails and the move in process was easy and stress free
I recently stop there for a tour of an apartments as I am in the market for a new place for me and my child Kim the manger was amazing with the tour and gave me all the information I needed I even met the maintenance techs during my visit they both was very nice and friendly the grounds looked amazing and well kept up and the apartment they showed me looked amazing but a little out of my price range but the staff seems very knowledgeable and friendly.
Had a tour today of a two bedroom renovated apartment today, Kim was very nice and explained the move in process, I am looking for a September move in, hope they have a renovated available.
Apartment's are very spacious, and grounds are well kept.
