Terrible organization. I’ve been trying to contact someone about my security deposit and they are not releasing/ sending my money. No one ever answers the phone and overall horrible experience.
Im Happy that I found Orchard View Apartments It was an easy & quick process I moved in on Sept 2nd , thanks to Kim she made sure that we communicated thru out the process , everything is what I expected to be nice amount of space in the living room and bedroom, also they don’t show it but there walk in closets are something they should promote definitely a place to call home I recommend you to apply nice neighborhood quiet chill clean etc , Thank you Kim we love & appreciate you stay blessed
I've lived here since 2018 and the management has been responsive to requests especially the new property manager Kim Lopez. She has help me out many times especially with the fire that happened in March of 2024; she was able to get me into a new unit right away and was very responsive if I had issues. If you move here, definitely develop a good relationship with her. She'll have your back.
After numerous searching and looking around I finally found this rental property that gives you what you pay for. Property is well kept and clean just a little dry patches in the grass. Kim the property manager responded very promptly with emails and the move in process was easy and stress free
