We went to this vets for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately not in the best circumstances as we had to have our cat put down. The staff there were amazing, so friendly and caring. The care and attention they gave us were unlike any other vets I have visited. Thank you to everyone.

I was casually going thru vets list as im moving home and this digusting place and disgusting vets came up, my german shepard had developed Anal Frunculitis, he was not a people dog so we had to take him outside in the rain, when it was our turn the Vet refused to see him siting he was wet and smelly, to my horror i was asked to leave all dogs smell when they are wet, vet made us wait 6 more weeks for an appointment by that time it was too late for my baby, they eunatized him and coldly told me by his weight age and problem... read more

Absolutely brilliant, wonderful staff and relaxed environment. My two kitties are on the Pal For Life Per Health Scheme. Very pleased with how easy it is to set up and ha e immediate cover.

Cannot recommend Orchard vets enough. Staff are wonderful and so caring towards our dogs. Recently we had an emergency situation with our cheeky boy Mack and the staff at orchard were amazing throughout and I felt confident Mack was receiving the best care. We also have insurance through orchard and it was explained to us at the time exactly how much we can claim and how to do it, there’s no chasing third party company’s - so glad we chose this option!
