I recently brought my 12-year-old cat in for his OAP check. The initial consultation was quoted at £109, but the final bill came to £150 as he was prescribed Metacam. That was understandable, and I had no issue with this. During the consultation, I was advised that one of his teeth appeared swollen and would need to be reassessed once the swelling had reduced, before deciding whether extraction was necessary. Unfortunately Lyn had to have her Cat Louie euthanized due to a Stomach Tumour your Vetanory Nurses were excellent , they spoke to Lyn by phone, as she could not attend as she is disabled, explainng everthing , they sent a Sympathy Card and arranged Cremation and Casket, overall a very professional, sympathetic experience, gladly recommend to everyone. We went to this vets for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately not in the best circumstances as we had to have our cat put down. The staff there were amazing, so friendly and caring. The care and attention they gave us were unlike any other vets I have visited. Thank you to everyone.

Absolutely brilliant, wonderful staff and relaxed environment. My two kitties are on the Pal For Life Per Health Scheme. Very pleased with how easy it is to set up and ha e immediate cover.
