I've lived here a little over a year now and it's been a great experience. The staff has always been polite, informative and prompt.
Never lived there but called one of the numbers on the emergency contact list to get some information and they were very rude and told me not to call that number. If they don't want anybody calling that number it shouldn't be on the emergency contact list.
Lived here for 1 year, good place to live. If you just mind your own business and don’t cause problems. The community around you will treat you with respect. We looked for a couple months and everything around St. Clairsville was trashed or nasty. This place was perfect 10/10 when it came to cleanliness. Grass is always cut, floors of building were always swept and never had the “musty” smell usual apartments have. They even shovel the sidewalks when it snows!! Before you consider moving into this property, I strongly advise against it. Despite what their website may suggest, the reality of living here is far from what you'd expect. Both the on-site management and corporate office leave much to be desired. The on-site staff seem more interested in indulging in food (provided there’s a drive-thru, or maintenance goes to get it) than attending to any resident needs promptly, if at all.
